Delivery and shipping


GLS service shipping:

We ship orders every working day until 4.30pm. 

All orders done via www.antskingdom.com on working days before 16.30 hours, we dispatch the same day via GLS. You can expect this order a few working days later (average shipping time is 2-4 working days). We are currently working on world wide shipping.

Shipping costs depend on the order size and country and vary from 4,99 to 29,99.




Postage costs

We pack your order with the utmost care, often using recycled materials. Our shipping costs also include the packing material needed to pack the products and tubes or trays (with live animals) as well and safely as possible. We therefore also give a guarantee on the live appearance. We ship all packages with track & trace!

Our shipping costs are a lot higher than what we ask you as a customer to pay for the shipping. We take care of the difference!

Parcel delivery (GLS)
We can ship orders placed before 4.30pm the same working day (unless stated otherwise in the shipping options).

Please note: we can never guarantee a delivery time with 100% certainty. In more than 97% of the cases the parcel service offers the package at the right time but there can always be an unforeseen delay in the shipment, especially around holidays and holiday periods.

Please note: we can never guarantee a delivery time with 100% certainty. In more than 97% of the cases the parcel service offers the package at the right time but there can always be an unforeseen delay in the shipment, especially around holidays and holiday periods.

If you have questions about specific products or larger quantities, please contact us. If you have any complaints, please report them to us immediately. We will respond to emails as quickly as possible, within 1 working day - usually within a few hours.


Service & warranty

We think our service is the most important, if something goes wrong with your order and this is not due to incorrect handling, installation or care, we will do everything we can to solve it properly for you!

We guarantee the live arrival of the animals. If on the day of receipt it appears that this is not the case, please contact us immediately. After this first day the responsibility for the life of the animals passes to the recipient.

An exception to this is the queen ant on which we extend the warranty to 2 weeks after receipt. This only applies with proper installation and commissioning with our products. So not in combination with homemade formicaria.

In the event of death, we only give a guarantee if there is proof of this by means of a photo of the deceased animal(s) and our written confirmation thereof.


Privacy

Ant's Kingdom respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. Otherwise, we will only use this information with your permission. Mierenboerderij.nl will not sell personal information to third parties and will only use it to process your order.

Mierenboerderij.nl uses the collected data to provide its customers with the following services:

If you place an order, we need your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment details to execute the order and to keep you informed of its progress.
If you place an order with Ant's Kingdom, we store the data on a Secure Server.
Information about the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site.
If you decide to write a review via Kiyoh.nl or Webwinkelkeur, you can choose whether to add your name or other personal information. We are curious about the opinions of our visitors.

Right of return

Although we are not legally obliged (we deliver animals/goods that can spoil/age quickly), we still offer the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the order. You will then receive the full order amount

credited including shipping costs (if complete, in new condition and - if reasonably possible - in original packaging). Only the costs for returning from your home to Ant Farm are for your own account.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you will return the product with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and - if reasonably possible - packaging to Ant's Kingdom.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] Immediately after receipt of the return package, we will process it and, if approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 1 week.

You can pay with us in almost all possible ways. Ideal, PayPal, CreditCard, in advance and afterwards.


Customer Service | Complaints

We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
